License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER

1. Definitions.

"EULA" means this end user license agreement

2. Installation and individual using.

The EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER is licensed to you for your own personal or business use only. You may install the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER only on computers being with your ownership. You may make a single copy of the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER for archiving only.

3. Warnings.

The EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER or documentation is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

4. Copyrights.

The program and its components are copyrighted by Włodzimierz Grabowski.

All trademarks, service marks and other registered names, mentioned in this and related texts are the property of their respective owners.

5. Description of other rights and limitations.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Recompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, recompile, or disassemble the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

6. Rental, lease, lend.

You may not rent, lease, or lend the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER to any party. EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER may be used only by you.

7. Protection of Software.

You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect this product and any accompanying documentation from unauthorized copying or use.

8. Limited warranty

NO WARRANTY. I expressly disclaims any warranty for the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER. The EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER remains with you.

9. Term.

Without prejudice to any other rights, I may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER and all of its component parts.

This EULA is governed under the laws of Poland.
